Events & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Events & Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, while also driving marketing strategies that promote brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for delivering memorable experiences and impactful campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities:
📅 Events Management
Plan and manage all company events including private functions, corporate events, community activations, and internal gatherings
Coordinate event logistics: venue, suppliers, vendors, catering, entertainment, and staffing
Create and manage event budgets and timelines
Ensure smooth event execution and handle on-site problem-solving
Collect feedback and evaluate event success for continuous improvement
 
📢 Marketing Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital campaigns
Oversee the design and distribution of promotional materials
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign development
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in event planning and marketing management
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and brand development
Creative thinking with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, email platforms)

Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B  department. The person will ensure high quality service, manage budgets and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Duties:

  • Manage all F&B oerations including restaurant, bar and events.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and monitor quality standards
  • Monitor inventory, ordering and stock control
  • Recruit, train and lead F&B staff
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor budget and control costs while maximising revenue
  • Handle guest feedback and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create weekly events and concepts

Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a handson food &beverage supervisor to support the f&b manager in the smooth day to day running of our food service areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and has strong leadership skills. 
 
Key duties:

  • Supervise front line f&b staff and daily operations
  • Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service
  • Assist with staff scheduling and training
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints on the floor
  • Support inventory checks and stock management
  • Communicate effectively between kitchen and service staff

Activity / Game Instructors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise fun, safe, and engaging games or activities
  • Encourage participation and create an energetic, inclusive atmosphere
  • Set up and tidy activity/game areas before and after sessions
  • Monitor safety and respond to any incidents promptly
  • Assist with organizing schedules and group rotations
  • Explain rules clearly and ensure fair play at all times

Game / Activity Coordinator / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, Create schedules and manage activity flow during events or regular sessions
  • Motivate and interact positively with participants to encourage fun and participation
  • Train and supervise junior activity staff or volunteers
  • Set up and pack down equipment before and after activities
  • Keep track of materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed during all activities

Party Events Coordinators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate themed parties and special events from start to finish
  • Organize vendors, entertainment, catering, and decorations
  • Ensure smooth on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events
  • Manage event timelines and oversee staff during the party
  • Handle last-minute changes or issues with a calm, solution-focused approach
  • Maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages
  • Keep feedback for future improvements
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
